THE KIDS OF TACOMa

Ellis, Finley, Karter and Jordan return home for their yearly camping trip in Tacoma, Washington. For six years, they've returned to the place where they survived an incredibly traumatic event. Now that they're reaching adulthood, the cracks in their relationships begin to show. Can friendships survive the darkest moments? Should they? 

Originally conceived and workshopped at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center, what started as a 30 minute homework assignment has developed into a full One-Act musical. THE KIDS OF TACOMA recently received a New York City workshop in late January of 2023. Materials from the show have been presented in various cabaret performances throughout the city. The show is currently creating alternate versions of the script and score so audiences and artists of all gender-identities can feel represented in the piece.
